Admission Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent or Mature Student Status. Courses are open to any applicant who possesses a good command of the English language and is able to follow instructions. An admissions interview will be administered to determine if the applicant has the required interest, motivation, and entry-level skills to take this program. Full-time students must attend the required hours per week as per the course schedule and may do so at times convenient to them. Career Opportunities
Program Highlights
Drafting technologists and technicians prepare engineering designs, drawings and related technical information, in multidisciplinary engineering teams or in support of engineers, architects or industrial designers, or they may work independently.

Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Database Management
Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Access - Computer Aided Drafting and Design
Engineering Drawing and Print reading, Fundamentals of Mechanical Design, Auto CAD Levels 1 and 2, Auto CAD 3D Modeling, Auto CAD Project, Solid Works Modules 1-4, Autodesk Inventor Modules 1-4, Autodesk Inventor Project, Fundamentals of Machining CNC, Mastercam CA, Mastercam Mill, and Mastercam Lathe.
