CompTIA A+ Certification: Practical Application Course Introduction
The CompTIA A+ Certification: Practical Application course represents the second course towards the CompTIA A+ Certification. This course is designed to prepare students for the CompTIA A+ Practical Application exam. Upon completion of this course students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the tasks on personal computer hardware and operating systems that include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and replacing computer hardware and peripherals; maintaining and troubleshooting the Windows operating system; installing a small-office/home network, troubleshooting network connections, and securing personal computers.
Course Prerequisites
Introduction to Personal Computers or equivalent knowledge of personal computers, and CompTIA A+ Certification: Essentials course.
Course Aim
At the end of this course, students obtain the knowledge required to pass the CompTIA A+ Certification: Practical Application exam (220-702). It is the second of two exams that are required to achieve A+ Certification. Students also possess the basic skills and knowledge required to provide entry-level computer support.

Those individuals interested in pursuing a career in IT, specifically related to PC technology. Also of interest to those wishing to obtain a CompTIA A+ Certification.
Course Notes
Course manual provided for on-going reference. There is a final exam upon completion of the course. Participants who receive 75% or higher on their exam will receive a certificate.
