PC Troubleshooting courses at Academy of Learning College are designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in IT, particularly as it relates to personal computer technology. These courses are also suitable for those seeking a CompTIA A+ Certification.
Students can expect to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to provide entry-level computer support. Courses covering the fundamentals of IT training will prepare students for performing tasks on computer hardware and operating systems, including installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing and preventative maintenance. The curriculum includes IT training regarding network installation and maintenance, with additional elements of soft skills and data security. Students will notice their progression as they complete a series of hands-on tasks, supplemented by a course manual for ongoing reference.
