Windows 2000 – Level 2 Courses
Windows 2000 Course Introduction
Windows 2000 – Level 2 is an advanced course. Its aim to provide the student who is already familiar with Windows 2000 with an understanding of the more detailed techniques used to maintain Windows 2000 and use it productively.
The course combines theoretical, how-to information with practical exercises. During the course, the student will learn to optimize the mouse, keyboard and menu system for usability, run System Utilities to correct errors and defragment disks, perform Backup and Restore operations, install and learn the multimedia aspects of Windows 2000. At the end of the course, there is final exam.
Course Prerequisite(s)
To ensure successful completion of this course, it is advised that students first complete the Introduction to Personal Computers course and the Windows 2000 – Level 1 course.

This course is designed to acquaint students with more advanced features of Windows 2000.

Lesson 4:
Installing Applications; Changes Made by Installations; Uninstalling an Application; Uninstalling Limitations; Windows Setup

Introduction to Multimedia; Playing Audio CD’s; Using Windows Media Players; Recording Sounds; Playing DVD’s; Fun and Games

There is a final exam upon completion of the course. Participants who receive 75% or higher on their exam will receive a certificate.
