Windows 2000 Course Introduction
Windows 2000 – Level 1 is an introductory course, the aim of which is to provide the student with the basic techniques required to become productive in a Windows 2000 environment.
The course combines theoretical, how-to information with practical exercises. During the course, the student will learn how to identify Desktop objects, use the mouse to select objects, use the Start menu, create shortcuts, access help topics, use WordPad to create documents, use the Taskbar, work with multiple documents, open Windows Explorer, create folders on the Desktop, copy and move groups of documents, use the Recycle bin, use the Paint accessory, and use the Start menu to shut down the computer. At the end of the course, there is final exam.

This introductory course is designed to acquaint students with the fundamentals of Windows 2000.
Of Interest to
People who are upgrading from Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98 to Windows 2000 or who have never used Windows.
