Office Skills courses at Academy of Learning College are designed for individuals interested in pursuing employment in office administration or starting their own business, as well as current professionals who wish to expand their office skills. These courses are of special interest to individuals or workgroups seeking to increase business productivity.
Students can expect to learn the basics of bookkeeping, internet navigation and office communication. These office administration courses cover fundamental systems and software common to business environments. Each course will provide a different aspect of business training as students complete a progression of hands-on tasks that emphasize real-world situations. Students will be challenged to integrate these types of accounting, writing and organization skills in a simulation of an office environment.
