The Skills & Practices of Insurance Advisors course introduces students to the practices in insurance offices. This course is designed to provide an overview of the different career options within the insurance industry, and processes used in completing insurance transactions. Students learn about the different processes that are specific to the insurance industry. This will enable students to apply their technical knowledge to real insurance situations through role-playing. Practice exercises and questions are included to reinforce the concepts covered and to help students measure their progress.

This introductory course is designed to acquaint students with an overview of Insurance Advisor responsibilities and duties in the course of their employment.
