Get the skills to find fulfilling employment in the retail or wholesale sector, technical and business services, property development, insurance, real estate, marketing, education or wherever top-notch, front-line people are needed. Because personnel in this field are the first people encountered by customers or clients, they are viewed as significant in establishing an organization’s public image. To effectively fill a role in this field, a person must possess excellent communication skills, above-average computer knowledge and skills, good general office skills and a genuine willingness to be of service. Career opportunities are readily available in many areas, including Help Desk Support, Marketing, Order Desk Support, and Reservations.
