Supporting & Troubleshooting Applications on Microsoft Windows XP

During this course, students gain the knowledge and skill required to troubleshoot basic problems end users will face related to configuring and maintaining applications, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Express, and Internet Explorer, which run on Microsoft Windows XP Operating System. Students gain a working knowledge of operating in a workgroup environment and how end users are affected by each environment.

This course prepares students to write the 70-272 Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System Microsoft exam.

  • An introduction to Windows
  • Supporting Microsoft Windows XP Client Operating Systems
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
