Customer Service & Information Clerk
The objective of this program is to provide the student with opportunities to acquire and apply the knowledge of customer service and information skills to meet the demands of today’s business.
Students are required to take some elective courses from prescribed study areas.
Admission Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent or Mature Student Status.
Program is open to any applicant who possesses a good command of the English language and is able to follow instructions.
