Supporting Microsoft Windows XP Client Operating Systems
During this course, students learn how to answer end-user questions related to performing an attended installation of a Windows XP operating system, and troubleshoot and complete installations in which an installation does not start or fails to complete. They learn how to manage and troubleshoot access to files and folders, configure and troubleshoot storage devices, configure the user environment, and troubleshoot network protocols and services.
This course prepares students to write the 70-271 Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System Microsoft exam.
