Crisis Intervention (Teacher Assistant)
Students will identify the behaviour levels that contribute to the development of a crisis and will examine the proper non-verbal, verbal, and physical techniques to use at each crisis level. Upon successful completion of this training the student will have fulfilled the requirements for the Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training certificate.
