Rules, Terms, and Conditions
By submitting an inquiry on the www.academyoflearning.com website, a visitor will automatically be entered to win one Apple 8GB iPod Touch. A website visitor’s name will only be entered to win once in a calendar year and only one entry per family, name, or address will be accepted. To be eligible, a visitor to www.academyoflearning.com must submit a legitimate information request including his/her correct name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and program of interest.
A winner of the iPod Touch will be drawn at the end of July, August, and September 2010. The winner will be notified by e-mail.
- One winner will be drawn once a month from a list of inquiries for one 8GB iPod Touch. A name will only be eligible to win once in a calendar year.
- The iPod Touch promotion is only offered in those provinces or territories where Academy of Learning colleges are located namely: B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, and the Northwest Territories.
- Entrants must be legal Canadian residents and must be 19 years of age or older.
- No purchase is necessary to win.
- The winner must claim the prize within 30 days and must provide proof of identification. Identification may be a photocopy of a valid driver’s license that can be faxed to the eastern office of LaunchLife International Inc. If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days, they will forfeit their prize.
- Staff members, franchisees, and/or their family members of Academy of Learning or LaunchLife International Inc., are not eligible for the iPod Touch promotion.
- The iPod Touch promotion is only available through the Academy of Learning National website and not through individual college campuses or college’s local websites.
- A skill testing question must be answered by the winner in order to claim his/her prize.
- LaunchLife International Inc. and Academy of Learning will not be responsible for any iPod Touch defects.
- The iPod Touch is subject to the manufacturer’s/dealer’s warranty, if any. Should the iPod Touch require warranty service, the winner is responsible for shipping costs to and from the location where the warranty is being provided. This is not the responsibility of LaunchLife International Inc. or Academy of Learning.
- This promotion is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
- The iPod Touch cannot be exchanged for cash and no substitutions are allowed.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers from Academy of Learning.
- Current students or students who have attended Academy of Learning in the past are not eligible for this promotion.
